This places is deceiving. It may be a bar but they have hands down the best burgers and steak bombs anywhere around! And they have these huge tater tots with bacon and cheese inside! Ay some pool, have a beer and eat some amazing food!
The people are incredibly friendly, the food came out quickly, all made by the bartenders mother, and that was by far the best Reuben I've ever had.
We've been here a couple times and I had a cheeseburger and fries both times. It's delicious! The burger was was Great, the fries are crispy, the onion rings are crispy, the chicken wings are great and the drinks, atmosphere and staff are pretty great too! Overall we will definitely go back.
I stopped into Donovan’s on my way back from Mass and had lunch. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I thought the food was excellent. I had a burger and wings and both were cooked perfectly. Bar has an old time feel which I really liked. I will be stopping there again for sure!
In town helping with a move, needed a place to grab lunch on a hot Sunday afternoon. Simple menu but pretty much what I am looking for in a pub, beer list was good, fish and chips was good, ruben was good, didn't try the burger personally, but companion had one and it looked good. Will keep it in mind if I am out that direction again.
It's a pleasant relaxing place, all the staff are very friendly and enjoyable to chat with, and they get things done very quickly and efficiently. It's a great place to go if you prefer a very down to earth experience. Just wholesome and fun all around. I wish I lived in town so I could go more often.
What a nice experience! Had a round of golf in New Hampshire, finished before 12 noon and wanted a quick lunch. The ladies at Donavans opened early for us, on an unusually cold summer morning, and served us a delicious pea soup with a couple of beers that made our trip to Bellows’s memorable. True Irish hospitality
We came upon this pub by chance. I love the old rustic look to the place. The bartender/server Britney was so nice. Had amazing food recommendations and is very knowledgeable of the town and bar. I had one of the specials kudos to the chef delicious.
